This event is in the past.
The Olympics are coming to Rio this summer (can you believe it’s been four years since they were held in London?) so we thought we’d get in early and host our very own mini-Olympics party. With the help of entertainers Proactiveevents.co.uk, we’ll be running a range of games and sports, suitable for all ages and athletic abilities.
Do keep your fingers crossed for good weather as we’re planning to hold the events outside, but will use the indoor hall if there’s a downpour.
Please make sure your children are dressed for action, in trainers, joggers, leggings or shorts and a jacket/hoodie. It’s probably best to bring a change of clothing in case they get muddy. Don't forget to bring something to sit on. After the fun and games, you can look forward to a delicious party tea with lots of food.
To keep our costs down, we’re asking everyone to please bring something to eat or drink for this tea buffet – preferably finger food that can be eaten without forks or spoons, and nothing that needs heating before eating. Please mark what it is, and whether it contains nuts/meat or is suitable for vegetarians.
Please book in advance and let us know how many people are coming, and what you’ll be bringing.
To book your places, contact Donna Tuffs by 10 April, firstname.lastname@example.org
Children are the responsibility of their parents and carers at this event. Please stay with your children at all times.
